As far back as I can remember I've always had a love for art and design. Growing up in the northeast, I've been surrounded by amazing inspiration for my art. When entering college, I always knew I wanted to continue my art, but also explore the world of business. I graduated from Bridgewater State College with a degree in Management with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. After graduating from college, I went on to manage a flower shop and was also a designer, something I would do again after the birth of my son Chase in 2008. With my career at the flower shop coming to an end, I went on to use more of my marketing skills, where I was employed with a national company for six years, all the while continuing my art.

After taking a class in Greeting Card Illustration at Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI, and designing invitations for friends and family, I knew where my love for design would take me, that's when I opened paper lily. Doing what I love to do is an amazing feeling, and I truly have a passion to create and design. With the support of my husband Kevin, whom I've been married to for four years and my family, paper lily has been a continued success.
